She’s no stranger to swanky industry events, and Jennifer Lopez was spotted attending the 2011 Glamour Women of the Year Awards tonight (November 7) in New York City.

The “On the Floor” songstress, who has been spending her time as of late in Argentina scouting talent for her new show “Q’Viva! The Chosen” looked radiant as she made her way inside Carnegie Hall to join up with fellow guests including Chelsea Handler and Cindi Leive.
