Last June he was left severely injured after a Walmart tractor trailer slammed into his chauffeured car, killing his friend James McNair, and now Tracy Morgan has reached a settlement with the discount retailer.
On Wednesday (May 27), the “30 Rock” actor told press he was “grateful the case was resolved amicably. Walmart did right by me and my family, and for my associates and their families.”
